- Indeed, upon delivery of the Notice, the sender receives a proof of deposit and transmission that certifies that their mail has been transmitted to its recipient. Equivalent to a notice of passage, the proof of deposit and transmission allows in most cases to start the legal deadlines.
- On the reception side, depending on the recipient's action, a proof of reception or negligence can be generated.
- The proof of negligence is generated when the recipient does not acknowledge receipt of their mail within the 21-day period despite the 4 automatic reminders sent by AR24.
- A proof of non-distribution can also be generated in case of an unavailable, invalid, or full email address.

2 - The 100% Electronic Registered Letter (LRE) for real estate professionals
Beyond the sending of AG meeting invitations, AG minutes, and formal notices sent by Electronic Notice by Property Managers, other regulated communications in real estate must be sent by Electronic Registered Letter AR24. A strict legal equivalent of the paper LRAR according to article L-100 of the CPCE, the LRE is usable for all your regulated communications.
Benefiting from a qualified timestamp, the LRE provides you with all the legal security you need. Indeed, thanks to this timestamp, the content of the LRE is fully certified, which is impossible with a LRAR. Thus, by using an LRE in the context of your regulated procedures, your recipients will no longer be able to contest the content of your mail in case of a dispute. You will therefore benefit from better legal protection with an LRE.
Also, easier to use, an LRE can be sent in a few clicks. The same will be true for your recipient who will only need to go to their mailbox and identify themselves to acknowledge receipt of their electronic registered letter and access its content.
Secure, the LRE requires identification of the sender at the time of sending and of the recipient upon receipt. Indeed, to send an LRE, the sender will have to identify themselves with a high level of trust via an RGS** digital certificate or an LRE identifier that they can order directly on ar24.fr.
As for the recipient, to acknowledge receipt of their LRE, they will have to identify themselves with a substantial degree of trust. If the recipient is an individual, they can use our remote identity verification method; the Digital Identity La Poste if they have one or an LRE identifier if they already have an AR24 account or if they have already had the opportunity to receive an LRE. For professional recipients, they can identify themselves with a Kbis or a SIRET number, via an RGS** digital certificate or order an LRE identifier on ar24.fr which they will then receive by paper registered mail.
