•After this support meeting: our Data Protection Consultant will work in the back-office to finalize your GDPR compliance file (about 5 hours) excluding Security / IT audit.
•About 1 week later, 2nd support meeting with our consultant to analyze and control compliance and plan necessary adjustments (about 1h remotely + 1 h in back office)

Annual PREMIUM update
Assistance service for the annual update of your GDPR file.
Includes a phone call to review and update your GDPR file according to the changes in your structure and regulations, and the drafting of necessary documents and supports.
This pack is optional as you have access to all the tools in Immo Data Box to perform this service by yourself.
Prerequisites: This service strictly requires:
- that you have already completed the basic work in your Immo Data Box access
- or that you have subscribed to a PREMIUM support in which we have already completed your initial GDPR file.
- And that you are a subscribed client to the IMMO DATA BOX solution.
Otherwise, you will need to either finalize your file beforehand or take a PREMIUM support at the rate of 150 € HT/hour (contact us).
If you have multiple companies, this service must be ordered for each legal entity customer of the Immo Data Box solution.
